Salvation Army in Irving, TX
on Irving Blvd

This store is too expensive for me... I think they have 50% off colored tag, but I can't remember. They do usually have lots of vintage clothing and stuff, though. I've found lots of clothing from the 50s-70s. It's right next to two other thrift stores, too.

Thrift Mart in Irving, TX
on Irving Blvd, near Nursery Rd

There are two separate stores in the same shopping center-- one has furniture and the other has clothing. The clothing store is always hit or miss-- I always either find absolutely nothign or a small mountain of clothes. They have pretty frequent 50% off everything sales... If you sign up in the store, they'll send you a little postcard to let you know. :) Reasonably priced stuff.

It's also next to a Salvation Army store and across the street from Irving Thrift.

(Awww... poor neglected community...)

CCA Resale in Lewisville, TX
on Business 121, near Corporate Dr.

CCA is so huge... They have tons of furniture and toys and books and weird junk. Lots of old sewing patterns and craft supplies, too. Their clothes are a little more expensive than I like (in the $4-$10 range), but they have discounted colored tags.

Thrift World
Main St. and Old Orchard, Lewisville, TX

This shop recently moved here from a smaller store on Business 121.
They have 60% and 30% discounts on two colored tags. I've gotten plenty of clothes in the $1 - $5 range.
They have a huge selection of clothes, and some books and housewares and stuff, but not much furntiture.
They don't have very much vintage clothing, but they have some newish name brand clothes and a lot of other random clothes...

This is one of my favorite thrift stores-- I've found some really awesome, cheap clothes here. Also, they always have rows and rows of cool, cheap sweaters in the winter. :D
